Dear applicants,

due to the current pandemic, we are currently receiving many questions regarding the submission of application documents. In the following we would like to inform you about the current procedure for submitting certified copies.

1. Applicants with a foreign university degree:

Applicants with an international first degree apply and submit certified copies of their application documents via Uni-Assist. In addition to sending the documents by post, it is currently possible to submit the application completely online to Uni-Assist. Uni-Assist will process your documents and forward them to us after successful verification.

2. Applicants with a German university degree:

Currently, applicants with a German first degree cannot personally submit the original documents to our administration office. The certified copies can still be submitted to our postal address:

Hochschule Darmstadt, Weiterbildung und Duales Studienzentrum, Haardtring 100, 64295 Darmstadt

Alternatively, please send us the copies of your documents in digital form to and submit the originals at the earliest possible date. The deadline for submitting the originals for the start of studies in the upcoming winter term 2020/21 is the 15th September 2020.
